Shayan Keyhan-Rad - Managing Director
Shayan is in charge of the day to day operation of the business.
Prior to taking on the role of MD Shayan worked as a sale & purchase broker for Clarksons PLC where he served as a board director. During his 11 year shipbroking career Shayan handled in excess of USD 3bn of transactions.
He studied Mathematics at the University of London prior to obtaining his post graduate qualification in Computer Science from the University of Cambridge.
Dr Samira Bioubakhsh - Creative Director
Samira is the creative brain of Investre & in charge of the ultimate look and feel of the projects.
She obtained her PhD in civil Engineering from UCL.
Samira's family have been involved in property development for over 3 decades.
Rachel Mallia - Development Manager
Rachel joined Investre in January 2015.
She is a trained Architect as well as Structural Engineer & as such is a great addition to the Investre team.
In addition Rachel has obtained the MBA from London Business School & thus in addition to helping on technical matters will also be assisting in the strategic & commercial direction of the company.
Piers Cartwright-Taylor - Investment Director
Piers Cartwright-Taylor joined in Investre in 2015, he is in charge of the acquisition and disposal activities for Investre. Piers is a Chartered Surveyor and began his career with GVA Grimley LLP and has over 14 years experience of working in the commercial, residential and the property finance market. Piers holds a BSc Hons in Real Estate Management from Oxford Brookes University.
