Investre is delighted to welcome Piers as the newest member of its team.

May 2015 - 21 Hyde Park Square is listed on the front page of the London Property Review

Following the completion of the works to this residential apartment Investre has pleasure in advising that

the property has been listed as "hyde park haven"  on the front page of the May edition of the London Property Review.

1st May 2015 - 6 Sussex Square Investre Ltd completes on the sale of 6 Sussex Square 

Following the refurbishment & marketing of the property 6 Sussex Square has been successfully handed over to the new buyers. 

The project was acquired in January 2015 & thus completed within 15 months.

 

 

 

                                                               

 

 

1st January 2015 - Rachel Mallia joins Investre

Rachel Mallia joined the Investre team on the 1st of January 2015.

Given her background as trained architect & structural engineer  her initial involvement is the running of Investre's Baker Street project.

In addition to her technical background Rachel also has obtained the MBA from London Business School which gives her great insight & understanding of the commercial & strategic management of development projects.

 

                                                               

 

 

1st November 2014 - Stefan Borowik leaves the Investre Team

Investre & Mr Borowik parted ways on the 1st of November 2014.

22nd July 2014 - Investre Completes on purchase of 96-98 Baker Street & Sherlock Mews

 

 

                                                                  

 

 

7th July 2014 - 96-98 Baker Street & Sherlock Mews - Investre's first multi unit scheme & Joint Venture

Investre has in conjuction with a major partner exchanged on the purchase of 96-98 Baker Street & 14 Sherlock mews which comprise a cinema, boots retail premises, 4 floors of office space & 2 residential flats. The total GIA of the 2 properties is approximately 18200 square feet or around 1700 square meters. 

Needless to say Investre is delighted by the prospect of carrying out this complex & exciting development.

 

                                                                  

 

 

16th June 2014 - 21 Hyde Park Square Investre Limited completes on the acquisition of Flat 15.

Investre successfully completed on the purchase of Flat 15 on behalf of it's client 21 Hyde Park Square Investre Ltd. Project commencement in scheduled for August 2014 with approximate completion during January 2015.

29th April 2014 - Investre exchanges on Flat 15, 21 Hyde Park Square on behalf of 21 Hyde Park Square Investre Ltd

​Investre has successfully exchanged on the purchase of this 2300 square foot penthouse apartment in a grade II listed white stucco building in one W2's most prestigious addresses. The transaction was of particular note in that the purchase was agreed at 10:00 on the 29th with exchange only 7 hours thereafter.

 

 

                                                                  

 

 

27th February 2014 - Investre agrees sale of 108 Coleherne Court 

Investre has agreed the sale of this 1830 square foot mansion block apartment with a management agreement to develop the property to Investre's exacting specification for the incoming purchasers. 

                                                               

 

 

24th February 2014 - Investre completes the development of Flat 10, 40 Harcourt Terrace, SW10 

Investre successfully completed the development of this lower ground floor apartment following an extensive 6 months programme.

The Project consisted of a full redevelopment of this approximately 1000 square foot apartment including major structural alterations including removal of 3 main structural walls of this 19th century period Buidling.

                                                               

 

 

16th January 2014 - 6 Sussex Square Investre Ltd completes on Purchase of 6 Sussex Square London W2

6 Su has today completed on the purchase of 6 Sussex Square limited under its daughter company 6 Sussex Square Investre Limited.

The Project consists of a terraced town house measuring 2700 square feet, located on Sussex square London W2. The building was constructed in the mid 1960s & has since not seen any major improvements. Investre Limited expects the renovation to commence during 1st half March 2014 & to be completed by August 2014. 

 

                                                               

 

 

20th December 2013 - Investre exchanges on 108 Coleherne Court London SW7 

Investre successfully exchanged on the purchase of 108 Coleherne Court, having reached agreement in principle only 3 days ago.

Completion of the Purchase is scheduled for the 31st of March 2014. The Project consists of a mansion block apartment measuring 1830 square feet, located in South Kensington, London. The property has not seen refurbishment work since the 1980s. Investre Limited expects the renovation work to commence during April 2014 & to complete during August 2014.
